Products ordered M-F usually ship out within 24 hours, provided that the correct billing and shipping information is supplied, and the item is in stock.  Weekend orders normally ship the following Monday.

Sales Tax

State law requires Pedal Toys America to collect sales tax for orders shipped to MN.  There is no sales tax for orders shipped outside of Minnesota.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for refund or exchange by contacting us for Return Authorization.  Shipping cost for returned items is the responsibility of the sender.  Returned or Exchanged items must be in new, as-shipped condition with all original packaging materials, unused warranty cards, and instruction booklets.

Receipts are e-mailed to you when items are shipped.  You should print a copy of your receipt and keep it for your records.
